Each working morning, we rise early, long before the sun rises, to travel to the coast. It's important that we arrive first to the fish markets to carefully select the best and the freshest of the seafood stock.

We moved to Hyndland, Glasgow to prepare and set up our shop for the days trading. For years, Wilson’s Catch of the Day have provided Glasgow with all types of seafood, poultry, game, seasonal produce and an array of condiments and other useful foodie favourites. 

As a chef, I'm often asked for tips and hints on fish preparation. Whether it's scallops and cooking times or the best oils to work with Atlantic salmon, just ask, we're always happy to offer advice.

Having been a successful chef, Stuart turned his hand to hand-picking fish and other stock for his fishmongers. You'll find nothing less than fresh, high quality stock in our new Hyndland, Glasgow shop.
