A Glasgow Fishmonger...


Scotland has an excellent food heritage. Growing up on the west coast of Scotland, I was lucky enough to be taught how to enjoy seafood and think about ingredient choice. My love of food led me to train and work as a chef - I would happily head down to the harbour and ensure my restaurants were selecting the right produce as close to the source as possible and of course, fresh, too.  


Seafood, River Stock... 

Over the last few years, I've enjoyed my move in to the fishmonger business immensely. With my keen chef's eye and a love of food, I now sell direct to the public from my fishmonger shop in Finnieston, Glasgow. Seafood, river stock, seasonal select vegetables, game and poultry - all picked with great tasty recipes in mind. I'm happy to share my selections with you, the public. Hope to see you soon!
